Upon a pale horse he rides, this spark of endless suns, this Keeper of the Light. Ezalor long ago escaped the Fundamental plane, separating from the other ancient forces to which he was bound within the great Primordial harmony. He is a power grown sentient in the dawn of the universe, and now rides forth in all planes at once, one step ahead of pursuing chaos, bearing his gift with him at the end of a radiant staff. His majestic truth lies hidden beneath the outward appearance of a slightly doddering old man who barely stays in the saddle. However, when faced with the challenge of chaos, or the forces of darkness, his primordial light bursts forth, and his full power is revealed, transforming him once again into a force to be reckoned with.

I like how he has 'ally' voice responses for almost all female heroes in game(complimenting them), he's such a 'lady killer' :D
But does it really suit his character?

PS And come on, he even has a line for Broodmother, why would he ignore Puck or Death Prophet?

I'm not sure Puck is female. Seems very gender neutral, and is even referred to as "it" in spell descriptions.

It just stuck to my head that everyone confirmed that he's a female some time ago, everyone was mind**ed for a while and got over it. Well, maybe things changed since then.
But come on, Death Prophet? At least he could ask her to 'tell him his fortune', because 'complimenting beauty' may sound weird in this specific case :D

PS Yep, they reworked it with Puck. There must have been a 'she' in one of the skills a few months ago, now it's 'it' everywhere.

Yeah I also looked into it a tiny bit. It seems they let a 'she' slip in dota 2 and a 'he' slip in dota 1. Fitting that it's now 'it.'

I had a wild guess right now - could all his attention to women be caused by the 'I put on my robe and wizard hat' meme? Because he HAS a robe and wizard hat :D

I think it fits the character perfectly. He's a Fundamental, but he seems to struggle with the fact unless prompted to use his full potential. For all effects, he's a "slightly doddering old man who barely stays in the saddle.". I can see him complimenting women simply for the fact that's all a well mannered adventurer past his age can do about the issue. Similarly, he doesn't seem to be able to remember if he did get first blood or if it happened already, and orbits around the fact for a moment before saying it with certainty, because a bumbling old man would be slightly aware he often forgets things and isn't sure what he's saying is right.

I find this one a good example of his "age" getting to him and him just not bothering: http://www.dota2wiki.com/images/e/e6/Keep_lasthit_08.mp3

Puck is an "It" the female voice is for it to sound like a child, since even boy children have a high-pitched voice most of the times.

And DP... he's probably not into necrophilia.
