We need a player review system like Overwatch for DotA 2. Get real people to judge communication abuse, intentional skill abuse, and intentional feeding.

there are no new demanding games. last one was like crysis 3 maybe and even that was worse than crysis warhead lulz. watch doge is fail after E3 fiasco. witcher 3 will be maybe next good looking game.. and GTA 5 is also fucking nice looking
Drow is love, Drow is life. I fap every day.
10 years since Dota 2 update. I walk through the e mpty streets trying to think of something else but I always end up sitting here, in front of my comp uter. I stare at the screen for hours and try to s ummon Icefrog. I watch other games updating and ge tting new heroes but it is no good. I counter pick Sniper to resist the meta, but it's all meaningle ss. The end is near. Then I look on the patch-upda te history and cry myself to sleep.
Generally for lower budget PC's the ideal combo would be AMD CPU + AMD GPU, because AMD matches the Intel + Nvidia combo pretty well on the lower-price markets.
But if you really have money to throw you should always go for the Intel CPU + Nvidia GPU. I myself am saving up for a i7-4790k + gtx 960 combo, which should last just fine for many years, gtx 960 even supports the upcominf DX12 API, and Vulkan. Usually picking the cheapest motherboard compatible with your CPU is a good option. Unless there's been lots of complaints about the motherboard, like breaking from heat or something. 500-600w power supply should in most cases be just fine. I think 8 GB is a good default amount of ram. Idk, I myself still wouldn't build a PC for just 400 euros, but neither would i buy an console. I'd save at least 600-700 euros for the computer, that'd be a nice price range.
(The computer I'm currently saving for will cost me a bit less than 1400 eur, but you gotta count in the stupid finnish taxes.)
