    Lina's "Laguna Blade"

Like the original Laguna Blade (which is actually not called the Laguna Blade, its really spelled Ragna Blade), the lightning bolt should be BLACK, not BLUE.

It was blue in DotA because WC3 didn't have black lightning. The Laguna Blade is BLACK lightning. Youtube Slayers Ragna Blade and you will see the actual spell from its origin.

Edit: Its RAGNA blade, based off of the word "Ragnarok". In Japanese, there is no "R", its "L" (same in Korean), changing it to Lagna, there is also heavy emphasis on the G, changing it to Laguna. Laguna is the popular saying, but in reality its Ragna, not Laguna.

Edit #2: As explained above, in the original DotA, her ult would have not been blue.

It'd be fucking awesome to have a black lightning instead of a gay, blue one :P

i guess it would be interesting

there are so many blue "lights" in the game

even so, I wouldn't call this top priority

It's pronounced Ragna blade in japanese.

However, translating that into english, it would be Laguna blade.

As an example, if you've ever watched Death Note, the main character's name is Light in english. However, it's pronounced Raito, using the same rules.

EDIT: I do agree on making it black. And shape it like a sword made out of lightning.
    I haz bucket. Rawr.

Lina is a direct reference to Lina Inverse. Henceforth, Lina is Lina Inverse

Her name is only reference to said anime character, she has a brand new bio to her if you did not notice.
Even then Laguna blade is already hard enough to explain in "fire theme". Currently it is just some kind of flame strike so hot it ionizes the air producing a white trail of some sort laser attack or whatever.

Changing it into BLACK of all things would just be stupid.

Lina WAS a reference to Lina Inverse in Dota. Not so in Dota 2.

Valve seems to be toning down on references (except to ones related to their own games).
