Question Steam was unable to sync your files for Dota 2 with the Steam Cloud

From few hours ago every time I try to enter Dota 2 I get this Steam - Warning.

    Steam - Warning
Steam was unable to sync your files for Dota 2 with the Steam Cloud

If you have played this game from another computer, your game settings and/or progress may not be in sync with what is stored in the Cloud. If you play the game now, you may lose those changes or progress.

    I tried:

    - Checked if Steam Cloud is turned on in Steam settings, it is.
    - Checked if Steam Cloud is turned on in Dota 2 properties, it is.
    - Verified integrity of game cache, it is alright.
    - Noticed that every time I leave Dota 2 my Steam icon shows Dota 2 is syncing without troubles but still every time I try to re-enter Dota 2 I get this Steam warning.

I also noticed that when I am leaving Steam I don't get that Syncing message for few seconds before Steam fully closes.

I play Dota 2 just from this PC, never ever logged into Dota 2 from other place.

Game itself works and I can play but this warning is still really annoying. Anything I can do to fix it?
    None of this is real.

    Got the same exact issue.

Stuck on "Preparing to launch Dota 2...." now.

I had this before, got it again just a few minuts.

Last time i delete everything from my steamfolder expect from some parts. Dont remember witch parts.

Whole point is to reinstall steam, it worked. Why i got it again is that i was DL Dota 2 Test, and clicked on reconfigure sync shit with dota 2 test that steam asked for.
So i think i fucked the sync there. If this is anything that will help u, steam says its a bug in their system, its not only for D2 its for all their games

I'm getting this problem. When I look in properties -> updates, it says I have 52.69/44.96 KB available while all my other games are under the second figure. Given the tiny size of the memory available (for every game) it's clearly not a system performance issue but a steam issue that is setting the limit too low.

I have the exact same problem as highlighted in this thread.

Therefore, bump. Hopefully, a developer will tell us what is the issue.

Also, I am unable to upload anymore screenshots onto to Steam Cloud. It keeps saying Upload Error/failed.

Discovered the same issue for me now, any help instead of reinstalling?

Edit: I can still play the game but the error message still appears and I did not cover any missing or different settings by now. So just ignore it?
