You dont gain XP while in Astral Imprisonment

Really annoying bug, laning of OD is improved tremendously because of this

repro:
pick OD, Imprison someone, that one doesnt gain xp.

It doesnt. In dota1 it was CHANGED so you DO gain experience. Otherwise the laning of OD is really ridiculous.

Do other abilities/items that grant invulnerability (like Puck's Phase Shift) also prevent experience gain, or is it just Astral Imprisonment right now?

You shouldn't gain XP from denies, only normal creep kills. (just FYI, not sure if your report is specific to normal creep kills or not)

Oh, so you must deny a creep while the hero is imprisoned to deny them the regular 1/2 exp they would get while not imprisoned? Interesting... never knew this
