    Can't connect to the server with IP that begins with 45.xxx.xxx

    sooo that's my problem...
    i enable net_force_steamdatagram still can't connect
    now with very limited time to wait players i get instant abandon...
    also can't watch live match with the same problem..
    if it begins with 45.xxx. i can't connect..
    can u fix this?

    it was fixed when they give us the net_force_steamdatagram console command now it's happening again...
