Restore default settings

I've installed Tweaked Dota 2 Config #2 and after that my game started to lag horribly fps droped from 80 to 10. I have tried to delete the whole cfg folder/disabled steam cloud and ive even deleted the whole game and downloaded it again. Still I cant get it to as was before and have max 10 fps in game ?

How can I restore orginal setting in Dota 2 even those in console ?

Had to had some memory leak beocuse now after total shutdown + power off things came back to normal
