    An example of converting 64-bit ID to 32-bit one doesn't seem to be correct.

    STEAMID64 - 299067162755072 = STEAMID32
    76561197992765754 - 299067162755072 = 76262130830010682. This is not a 32-bit number.
    76561197992765754 - 76561197960265728 = 32500026. This is.

    Is there any way to call the API from localhost? I'd like to make some tests on my computer but I don't think that it is possible to register a dummy key isn't it?

    I've created this simple PHP function for converting 64-bit Steam ID to 32-bit and vice versa.
    It's been tested on two pairs of IDs, didn't have large base of IDs, so please test it (and post results if there was some problem).
