Dota 2 Will not start anymore =(
Dota immediately crashes upon hitting the play button, I've tried loading it directly from the folder, I've tried every single launch option, I've reinstalled, I've Restarted Steam, I've Verified, I've prayed to the dota gods, and nothing =(
My PC ran it just fine before and i recently upgraded my APU from an A6 to an A10...It has 8gbs of 1866 mhz RAM and it plays the rest of my games just fine(Crysis still doesn't want to work even though crysis 2 runs just fine....) and I've no idea whats wrong...I like to get back to making videos/streaming as soon as possible so any help would be loved, thank you!

I would kill for any answer or help I really need to get back to work making videos...Installing the test client now to see if that works.
COULD it be that you're using XFIRE for making videos? I experienced the same with xfire - impossible to start Dota 2, as long as it's running.
Nothing else is running atm to capture footage...Test Client doesn't want to work either...ugg....I also tried installing directX from inside the Dota folder but to no avail.

Have you validated the Dota 2 files in Steam? Have you tried windowed mode (add -w to the launch options)? Disabling D3D9EX with -nod3d9ex?
