Нужна помощь по поводу стим поддержки . В игре не могу воспользоваться горячей клавишей для оверлея , тоесть не сворачивает из доты в стим . Не могу посмотреть профиль стим , а профиль доты могу . Help please

This is a steam issue, not Dota.
Try this: disable the hotkey in steam client settings (not sure if changing it works). Then reassign it. If it still doesn't work it may be an issue with a program hooking the overlay functions (not sure but I think they use DirectX) such as MSI afterburner and such. Just try it without any other programs running.
