- Fixed Frozen Sigil not preserving control groups when upgraded.
- Added Sigil portrait.
- Fixed Ice Shards not being created when it hit a magic immune hero.
- Fixed Snowball taking illusions that weren't Tusk's.
- Fixed Ice Shards projectile colliding with illusions.
- Fixed Snowball picking up allies along the way.

Damn, you guys worked really fast with the Meepo's Aghs Exploit, but no other Meepo fixes like - cough - the health bar issue? In the Fnatic vs Vpro game N0tail had to restart a couple of time because of this bug.
That sure needs some attention.

I agree, please make it so the camera does not move when you relocate.

While we're looking at Meepo, please please fix the problems with dark seer/sd illusions creating bugged meepo portraits, and clone boots incorrectly prioritizing BoTs over treads (it should be tranquils > treads > travels, as it is in dota1, not travels > treads > tranquils).
