- Fixed courier not being controllable in 1v1 sometimes.
- Adjusted position of Vacuum and Telekinesis location restrictions.
- Added two additional restricted locations for Vacuum and Telekinesis (across the river from the existing ones).
- Fixed Backswing behavior for abilities with 0 cast point.
- Fixed -lv disabling certain heroes.

ChrisC can you please fix the Minimap Icon of Troll Warlord? Its kinda bad when you have to change settings to see a hero on the Minimap.

And while we're begging for additional changes/fixes... Please fix the "HP number above the Hero" bug that has been around for... months. I don't want the HP number shown, but even if it's off, I have to see an empty black box where the number would be located.
