    Battle Cups bug _ Battle Gauntlet crash

    Dear Valve and Steam,
    My ID: VanitY ChronoS.
    i had played the match (Battle Gauntlet) #5603810583 (i played Nyx Assassin in this game) on 7/9/2020 (4:15PM) with the win result and then the errors occurred:
    1. The Gauntlet did not counted and all of my records are reset;
    2. The Cavern Crawl did not counted;
    3. The Guild contracts are not counted, but the points were given.
    Please help check the process and match info, that take lots of time to pass the Tier in Gauntlet,
