You have Radiance, so the bots know you're around. I dunno if they should know your exact location though...

This happened to me as well while I was playing Broodmother. They know where you are, but they don't actually attack or use skills on you.

The radiance effect actually shows from which direction you are being burned. So if you have a line spell, blast that bugger! :-p

Oh,Radiance...I got it...But bots even not try to use some spell to attack me,though they know where i am...
Maybe Valve can improve this.If bots can know where invisible unit are, they should try anyway to attack or reveal them.

They do make an estimated guess on your position, if they see you for a second they may aoe that area.

The only issue I see is that they while "guessing" clump up on you, lol. At least they could have stood a bit spread or around in an area, no player team hugs on one spot. :P

Can be easily reproduced with Phantom Lancer's DoppelWalk or any char with Shadow Blade. Bots do NOT guess your position... they tail you (try to juke them while invis if you want... they'll still be oin your trail) for the amount of time you become invisible, and then proceed to hammer you again once you pop out of it.

Also, a "double bug" bots have while tailing you when you're invis, is that sometimes they don't "recognize" that the effect ended. I got once a triple kill with PL because three enemy bots tailed me after a DoppelWalk past our T1, T2, T3, T4 towers and ended inside our team's FOUNTAIN, doing nothing but following me

I had a delightful moment where I was hiding in the side shop as an invisible Riki from all five bots. Kunkka drops his torrent on me (vision blocked by trees AND invisible) perfectly, and then the bots all went after someone else. The only bot to be aware I was there was Kunkka, and only while he was casting torrent.

I remember that as an old well known bug. Kunkka was always able to target you with torrent, no matter your status. Now is worsening, since most bots are able to "see through" your invisibility, illusions and special abilities.

That is one of the main problems of bots. It has plagued Dota since the development of AI back in DotA.

I know little about programming but I think that it would be a chore to replicate human behaviour to the bots.

The main challenge is making an AI realize what it is and isn't supposed to see. Invisibility is a very hard to grasp concept for AI. However, I do feel that Dota2 AI may be taking a wrong approach on the subject. I feel he's going for too much of a hardcoded approach on bots, the best method, especially in an ever-changing game like this, is to just have the AI figure it out for themselves.
I've noticed a fair number of cases where its easy to force bots to act in certain ways or cause bot prioties to conflict, leading them to switching their mind every half second. In some cases I feel its hardcoded, in some cases I feel the bots really lack a certain sense of prediction. The former is something that I feel should be removed ASAP, the latter is hard to implement however.
Of course, even if you do that there will always be certain things that you can exploit about bots. Whether you have a complex algorithm weigh all factors and decide upon an optimal road, or hardcode the best road into the bots, humans will notice certain behavior patterns and may forcibly trigger them in order to give themselves an advantage. Until we get a game that has a self-learning AI that won't change.

I'll see if I can compile a list of situations in which it is easy to force the bots to act in certain ways or in conflicting ways. Particularly the latter.
