  • Bots steal divine rapier

I bought rapier in the secret shop and send the courier to base and take off the rapier on the ground. I was died. After few seconds skeleton king came and took my rapier. It doesnt work, but he didnt want to give me back

    Match ID: 1105930.

    Thx for attention.

What's wrong with this behaviour, exactly? If I saw a Rapier sitting on the ground, I would take it too.

Perhaps the better argument should be that there should be a command to get the bots to give you back items that you have purchased, but are usable by them? For example, in one private game I went mid and rushed a Bottle. Later in the game, I noticed the Lina bot on my team was doing it tough, so I dragged the Bottle onto her character so she could use it, which she did (I thought that was pretty cool, as I didn't know if it would work). The only issue I found is that, she carried that Bottle for the entirety of the game, because she couldn't sell it, but refused to drop it in base so she could buy another item.

So, suggested behaviour fix for bots: Allow ability to request items you bought, back from the bots to which they have been given.

Hey, they are supposed to act like reta.. I mean, like humans, and they do. Next time send your items to your stash instead of dropping them in the fountain.

The part that's wrong is that he couldn't use it, but refused to give it back. Your idea makes for a good solution to the problem, though.

Same. I'd pick it up and spam "trolololololol finders keepers losers weepers" the rest of the game.

The Divine Rapier is Muted, i.e. not usable by them. Hence it's a lose-lose situation. The bot has an item slot blocked by the item he can't use, and the player doesn't have the item.

Yeah it seems like bots should drop muted items that they've picked up in base. Added to the todo list.
