  • Request: Easily programmable bot behaviour in practice games

So the reason why I'm asking for this is pretty simple. I want to play a specific hero, and play it in a specific way vs. bots to work out skill and item builds in very specific scenarios.
What made me think of this in the first place is that in Starcraft: Brood War it was possible to program the AI to do a specific build and assign specific attack timings. That is a bit more complex than what I imagined for DotA practice games, but if you could let human players pick heroes for bots on each team and assign which lanes they go to it would be fantastic for working out some specifics.

Lastly, if you could please lock this post it would be very appreciated as threads tend to fill up with unnecessary clutter and litter anyway.

    This is a good idea.

Bots usually do weird combinations when laning to either feed, or get fed.
