    Projectile speed is set to 900, should be 1200.

    While we're at it, the duration should be 15.1, not 15.0. But this doesn't terribly matter anyways.

    how come the duration is 15.1? is this to compensate for the 0.1 seconds travel time the projectile might fly? then dazzles dot would have a float value too. just inconsistency?

      Probably just tick based, if it was 15.0 it wouldn't tick the last time or maybe not tick everytime, making it 15.1 makes sure it ticks on the last tick. Minor bug but the projectile speed is a fairly big one.

        Yes, with 15 seconds the last tick won't happen, so you set it to 15.1. That 0.1 second has no use than to provide one tick more. There is no slow on that splitsecond anymore.

                The last 0.1 second isn't necessary to get the last tick of damage in DotA 2 because of how damage ticks work in DotA 2. If a spell ends exactly on the second, it still gets a damage tick in DotA 2, whereas in DotA 1, the spell needs to go slightly longer if you want that damage tick.

                This is why CM's Frostbite's damage is incorrect on ranks 2 and 4 (when the duration of Frostbite is exactly 2.0 or 3.0 seconds).
