    Any spell that draws a link is bugged when it comes to losing vision of the unit. The link should follow the unit, even if you lose vision of it. While in Dota 2, the link stops where you lost vision of the affected unit.

    This isn't caused by FoW only, any kind of losing vision will cause this.

    Doesn't this happen with all invisible units and all linked spells? Dream Coil, Pounce, Tether, Static Link?

      ^ehm didnt they "fixed" static link already? (with a buff in 6.75? if i remember correctly but i could be wrong so yeh)
      If you find spelling errors, you are free to take them.

        Static Link gives (shared?) vision of the affected hero if it goes invisible, it should only show the link.
        If an enemy uses Tether on an enemy, and that enemy goes into FoW/invis then the link will visually stop where you lost vision, it should get updated with their location.

        It's a bit hard to test in WC3, since you lose control of an invis enemy, unlike Dota 2.

              Tether and Shackleshot have same problem. They problem is that invisible or fogged enemy is not telemetered to client.
