    Repro:
    1. Pick Alchemist, level up Unstable Concoction and get an Octarine Core
    2. Pick up an Arcane Rune
    3. Create an allied Keeper of the Light and level up Chakra Magic
    4. Cast Chakra Magic on Alchemist
    5. Now cast Unstable Concotion
    6. Throw the concoction at the last second
    7. While the concoction is flying, cast Unstable Concoction again

    Result: The second cast affects the damage/stun of the already flying projectile, making it deal damage and stun for a duration based on the new cast, making it deal very little damage and mini-stun.

    Expected: Each cast should work fully independent. When re-casting Unstable Concoction, the already flying projectile's damage should still be based on how long Alchemist charged that one.
