  • [C] Cooldown manipulating effects desynchronize the shared cooldown of Savage Roar

Savage Roar of Lone Druid and his Spirit Bear are supposed to share a cooldown. However, cooldown manipulating effects (like Chakra Magic, Octarine Core, Time Dilation) cause them to desync.

    Repro:
    1. Pick Lone Druid and level up Summon Spirit Bear and Savage Roar
    2. Summon the bear
    3. Get Octarine Core, or an Arcane Rune, or Chakra Magic buff, or Time Dilation debuff
    4. Cast Savage Roar

Result: The Savage Roar cooldown on Spirit Bear does not match the cooldown on Lone Druid. While Lone Druid's cooldown is reduced, the Spirit Bear's version uses the default cooldown. Same goes the other way. If the bear has cooldown manipulating effects, Lone Druid's roar desyncs with it.

Expected: Savage Roar should always go on the same cooldown. It shouldn't just use the default value, but the reduced or increased value.

    Please, just call me buny.

when the spirit bear uses savage roar with octarine core lone druid does not share CD

1.Pick lone druid and level up savage roar and spirit bear
2.Let the bear get octarine core and then let him use savage roar
Result:savage roar does not get reduced CD on lone druid
Expected:they should get the same CD

This issue still exists in june 2020 (patch 7.26).

Savage Roar will be put on a 20 second cooldown for both units, if the unit without (e.g.) Octarine Core uses the spell.
Savage Roar will be put on a 15 second cooldown for the Octarine Core carrier and on a 20 second cooldown for the other unit, if the unit with Octarine Core uses the spell.

For consistency the cooldown should be the same for both units and the duration should depend on which unit used the spell (both 15 seconds if used by the OC carrier, both 20 seconds if used by the non-OC carrier).

      How to reproduce:

      - Equip Octarine Core on Lone Druid.
      - Put 4 skill points int Savage Roar.
      - Spawn the Spirit Bear.
      - Use Savage Roar with Lone Druid.

The Druidís spell will now be on a 15 second cooldown, while the Bearís will be on a 20 second cooldown.

      - Equip Octarine Core on Lone Druid.
      - Put 4 skill points int Savage Roar.
      - Spawn the Spirit Bear.
      - Use Savage Roar with the Spirit Bear.

The Druidís spell will now be on a 20 second cooldown, while the Bearís will be on a 20 second cooldown as well.

This behaviour is inconsistent and the cooldowns should be both 15 (when used by Octarine Core LD) and both be 20 (when used by Bear).

Current behaviour: The shared Savage Roar cooldown desyncs when LD or the Bear are affected by cooldown reduction.

Proposed behaviour: The shared Savage Roar cooldown should be based on the cooldown of the unit who actually used the spell.
