    Huskar acts like a regular projectile during Life Break. But it always moves on ground level for obvious reasons. However, the speed at which he leaps does still consider the target's elevation. So when the target gets tossed in the air, Huskar moves slower. If the target stands on a cliff, Huskar moves slower.

    Repro:
    1. Pick Huskar and level up Life Break
    2. Create an enemy hero
    3. Set the enemy hero's position to x/y/2000 (example: "ent_setpos ID 1000 -5000 2000")
    5. Cast Life Break from a distant
    6. Observe the leap speed of Huskar

    Result: When the target is high in the air, Huskar leaps slower.

    Expected: Life Break should completely ignore the height of the target.
