  • [Eul's Scepter of Divinity] Cyclone doesn't work on spell immune clones

A hero is able to use Eul's Scepter on enemy units (including neutrals) that are not Spell Immune and on yourself (even while Spell Immune). Not on allies.

Additionally Meepo & Arc Warden are able to target their main Hero or Clones with Eul's Scepter as well. This applies to the Tempest Double as well (It can target the main Warden). (feature was added in patch 6.71)

One is able to self-Eul while being affected by Spell Immunity (such as BKB) as of patch 6.81.

    This essentially means:

Eul's Scepter can be targeted on non-allied units (enemies/neutrals), as long as they are not Spell Immune; and Eul's Scepter can be targeted on your own Hero(es), even while Spell Immune. (Clones count as proper Heroes)

    Now the actual bug:

Arc Warden & Tempest Double are unable to target each other if they are Spell Immune (targeting works, but nothing happens - Manacost & Cooldown will be wasted).

Arc Warden & Tempest Double can self-Euls (themselves) while Spell Immune, but they cannot successfully Eul each other while Spell Immune.

The same bug applies to Meepo & his Clones as well (main Meepo tries to use Eul's Scepter on one of his OmniKnight repeled Meepo Clones).

Current behavior: Targeting your own Spell Immune Clones with Eul Scepter does nothing & puts the item on Cooldown and therefore wastes it.

Intended behavior: Targeting your own Spell Immune Clones with Euls should be working, just like self-casting Euls works while being Spell Immune (with your main Hero) yourself.

The same thing (kind of) applies to Force Staff's force effect:

Can target spell immune self. Cannot target spell immune allies, cannot target spell immune enemies.

Your own hero clones would either fall into category 1 (self), or 2 (allies).

Even then, it is weird that Euls tries to let you use your Cyclone on spell immune clones (self interaction), while Force flat out blocks it (ally interaction).

This is still broken as of 7.00.

Using Eul's Scepter on an allied spell immune Clone will put the Eul's on cooldown, waste mana and won't apply the cyclone to the allied Clone (like it would on self-cast).
