    Quickcast triggered when leveling talents

    Haven't found a similar report, so bear with me.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Turn off option Quickcast on key down
    2. Bind quickcast of an item or spell to key 1 or 2
    3. Level to max
    4. Click on the upgrade talent button (open upgrade talent menu)
    5. Press 1 or 2
    Actual result: Key down triggers leveling the appropriate talent and key release activates the quickcast.
    Expected result: Talent is leveled up and no items or spells are quickcasted.

    Only happens with non-targeted spells. It's this bug, but the talent version.
