    Normally, when a unit loses the Ice Blast spell while the projectile has been already launched, the spell resolves still. If the tracer was launched, losing the spell automatically launches the ice ball towards where the tracer was upon spell lost, hitting enemies there.


    However, when the caster was a Vengeance illusion, the ice ball does nothing. It neither debuffs enemies, nor applies its impact damage. No impact sound plays. And the aoe indicator gets permanently stuck.

    Repro:
    1. Pick Rubick, get Scepter and steal Nether Swap
    2. Die so that the Vengeance illusion spawns
    3. Steal Ice Blast with the illusion
    4. Before Rubick is about to respawn, launch the Ice Blast tracer, time is so that Rubick respawns while the tracer travels

    Result: As Rubick respawns, the illusion dies. As the illusion dies, the tracer stops and the ice ball gets launched. So far so good. However, the ice ball does not debuff enemies around itself, and does not apply the impact damage/debuff within the marked area upon reaching it. The aoe effect which marks the area gets stuck permanently.

    Expected: The ice ball should still apply its effects normally. It should behave like how it does upon losing the spell on heroes: Launch ice ball on spell loss, apply debuff on enemies near the tracer, apply the impact damage/aoe debuff at the marked area and the area marker should disappear once the ball exploded there.
