    Casting a manual Glaives of Wisdom or such on a Nightmare'd target should wake the target without sleeping the attacker, currently it transfers the Nightmare.

    It's weird. What's the difference between manual-cast and auto-cast? I think it's an intended fix?

      While manual casts acts as a spell auto-attacks are auto-attacks. So manually casting Orbs should not transfer the effects of Nightmare.

        I know it does in DotA, but in Dota 2, they should be treated the same.

        Unique ATTACK MODIFIER. UAMs modify the attacks.

          I have added this on the sticky since it got reported however since it is not the same as it was in dota1 this is considered a bug.
          Unless we get a word from a dev.
          Before posting a bug read the Bug posting guidelines first and check the Known Bugs list For existing bugs.


          Use the report () button when you need help from a Moderator.

            Nightmare is still transferred by manual casts.

                I tested it with OD's orb, so it's safe to say it's for all toggleable orb effects.
