Summary:
Weavers ultimate, time lapse, doesn't remove DoT debuffs.

Repro:
1) Level up weaver to at least level 6. Specc into ultimate.
2) Use QOP shadow strike / Venomancer's Gale / Viper's ulti on him.
3) Use weavers ulti, they're still on him.

Result:
You still have the dots casted upon you before your ulti was cast.

Expected:
They would normally be dispelled.

It's a bug all negative buff should be remove since u dont have them 5 secs ago. even if u do have them 5 sec ago it will still be remove

The only debuffs that aren't (shouldn't be) removed are things that were actually entirely triggered effects in DotA. Rupture is the only one that comes to mind immediately.

When BS ultis you and you use your ulti Immediatly then you will actually take damage for the distance your ulti sets you back and BS ulti is not removed from you (giving you were not ultid 6 seconds ago b4 u casted time lapse). I think this is hard to reproduce solo in Dota 1 but I don't believe this is the way its supposed to be.

I also can confirm Venom ulti not being removed from time lapse [in dota 2] (ofc time lapse'd about 0.1 sec after ulti applied).

How about Dota 1 ? anyone tried something ?

how do you cast the time lapse when you're stunned? i'm pretty sure you cannot in dota 2, and it would be really gamebreaking if you could.

You can't but the same list is used for dark pact which can debuff while being stunned. So if you WOULD have the buff when using time lapse (which is only possible in very unlikely scenarios) then yes, they would be debuffed.

If you're hit with the stun after your cast point but before the ability's effect has started, it won't be canceled by the stun, and the stun will be removed. That's an incredibly short window though.

I think QOP dot must be able to remove.

Weaver dispel mechanism probably is the same as a Purge. Maybe that's why it isnt dispelling several buffs;
