  • [Confirmed] Denying Spirit bear

    Summary:

    In dota2, denying your spirit bear leads to no self damage taken. in dota1, u would get the dmg and it will counts as a deny if you die from it.

    Repro:

    1. Get to 50ish hp on silly
    2. get the bear denyable
    3. deny the bear.

    Result:

    No damage taken.

    Expected:

    Self deny. (dota1 uses "*player* has killed himself!" message if you die from it)

    Match id: 12426022
    Time: 51:10 (replay time)

          Okay, although nobody told it in this thread, I think it's pretty much expected, but;

          Lone Druid does not get damaged when an ally denies Spirit Bear, too.
          So this does not apply only for the denies done by Lone Druid.
          Also it should display that the ally has denied Lone Druid, if the ally denies the bear as Lone Druid was below the critical health. And Lone Druid has killed himself! message when Lone Druid himself denies his bear while having low health himself, like OP had said.

              Take a look into the mirror! You think you are completely unfailable. With your limited knowledge, you think that you know more than someone who is very deep in the matter/an expert.
