  • [Confirmed] Seeing what the enemy has skilled, bug?

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but if you select the enemy and hold your mouse over a skill with a certain range, the "range-circle" will appear around the enemy hero but only if he has any points in that skill. This is very usefull in the laningfase knowing what you are up against.

There are several ways to see them as far as I know.

    1) Create illusions of them. Dark Seer WoR illusions work at least.
    2) If they're low on mana, and their spells' mana costs scale with levels, you can see when their skill changes from blue to normal. Check their mana, check mana cost of spell, and you have the level of the spell.
    3) Steal their spell with Rubick. This is intended.

But your way works at level 1 before anyone does anything, making is very powerful. Didn't confirm it yet though.

        Confirmed.

        Repro:
        1) Start a bot game. Used no cheats to ensure I don't have control over bots.
        2) Wait until you can see some enemy bots.
        3) Hover over all their skills.

Result: One of their skills will have a range indicator (assuming that skill has a range). For instance, in my bot game, I saw Crystal Maiden had a range indicator on Frostbite, Chaos Knight has a range indicator on Chaos Bolt, Earthshaker had a range indicator on Fissure, Bane had a range indicator on Nightmare, and Razor did not have a range indicator (which meant Razor didn't skill Static Link, the only ranged skill). All other skills with a range do not display a range indicator, indicating they are not leveled.

Expected: No range indicator is displayed for any skill at any point.
