Would have been nice if you followed the posting guidelines. Looked to be purely visual. Many tooltips don't show when things are renewed. Here's another example.

The panda's movespeed doesnt seem to be as slow as he was during the first time it was casted during the others. also, its not only the tooltip. The boots thing that shows movespeed doesnt seem to be showing his movespeed being slowed at all

adding the qop bug to the sticky.
cant see any difference in the venomancer part.

p.s.: some general tipps for testing:
you dont need to type the whole npc_hero_... part everytime
        -createhero veno(mancer) is sufficient
in some cases even the wc3 dota name works.
if you want to play without cooldown, type -wtf.

          Poison Touch

I don't have D1 for testing purposes, but i just saw my brother playing Dazzle on D2 and it seems that if you Poison Touch someone before the 1st Poison Touch effect get off, the target doesn't get the Slow + Stun. Can someone confirm this if it's intended or it's a bug or if i am retard ()?

          Thanks.

He is right. I will record and upload the video for it. And now from the W3 DotA, just to make sure.

And it just keeps happening if you keep on casting your Poison Touch on the same target right after another. The target won't get stunned from the secondary Poison Touches.
So, basically casting Poison Touch on a unit that was already under the effect of a Poison Touch will prolong the previous Poison Touch.

When I turn WTF on and cast like 10 Poison Touches within 3 seconds, my target's health begins dropping drastically and is permanently stunned for a long duration; which means that on W3 DotA the Poison Touch instances stack independedly.
And that's how it should be on Dota 2.
So it's a [Bug] and I confirm this.

            Summary:
Dazzle's Poison Touch prolongs the previous Poison Touch debuff, instead of stacking independedly.

            Reproducement Steps:
            1. Pick Dazzle, level him up as well as his Poison Touch to lvl4
            2. Create an enemy dummy
            3. Make the dummy patrol
            4. Cast Poison Touch on the dummy whenever it is not on cooldown

            Result:
The enemy gets stunned once, and receives only one instance of poison damage all the time.

            Expected Result:
The enemy gets stunned once for each Poison Touch, and receive seperate instances of poison damage for each Poison Touch.

              I confirm.
I've tested in wc3 dota and at dota2.
              At wc3 dota stuns stacks.

In dota 2 only the first slow and stun happens, dont triggers any other slows / stuns upon recast.

Might be related to rubick issue with casting shadow word and/or Dazzles ulti on already afflicted target refreshing duration instead of placing new buff/debuff - cannot link, it was already fixed.

Sorry for not following the Bug-Posting guidelines, but i wasn't sure it was a bug. Thanks ThoAppelsin and RocketFingers for the testing and confirmation. Hope Valve fix it fast, it's kind of annoying wait the skill to wear off.

No need to be sorry. It's ok, this was initially on the Brainstorming section anyway. And also bunch of thanks for spotting this bug.
I demanded this thread to be moved to this section, and therefore felt obligated to add reproduction steps and such.

I'm not sure why this thread is marked [Needs Testing] though. Is it because that there might be some other poison based debuffs that might be suffering from the same bug? Or is it only the Shadow Strike that needs testing?

it's marked "needs testing" because the video in the op is very fuzzy to comprehend. looks like confirmed though.
and as you already stated, some other spells might be affected too.

The damage aspect of the Shadow Strike poison is the same on both versions. Follow the links if you are interested in videos:

                        W3 DotA: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzbHAMU0a9Y
                        Dota 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4tHaZYoLYo0

These videos also prove that the duration is also the same.
These two aspects refresh itself like they should.

However, there is something wrong with the slow:

I'll check for the Venomous Gale now. I can't think of many other poisons, though... Viper has some, what else?

Venomous Gale initial strike damage (50/70/70/100) is not applied if the target already was under the effect of the Venomous Gale.

                          W3 DotA: http://youtu.be/zoAAM07Cys8
                          Dota 2: http://youtu.be/DyQ5lHkuJSk

But this is not do-able unless you are playing a WTF game, or got a Refresher Orb to Venomancer...

Edit: Forgot to say that other than this, it is all the same.

                          Edit 2: Viper is issue-free.

                            So..
Venom's gale dont damage upon recast (when it hits) and rebuffs the damage.
QoP's SS dont slow upon recast and rebuffs the damage.
Poison Touch dont slow/stun upon recast, only rebuffs damage duration.

                            Question:
Is Poison Touch is applying the ministun on hit? can't test now.

                              Tested, it does.
