    So, the last game I intended to play as Doombringer this happened. Model loads in->A small lag frame->Armor and other cosmetics disappear->Suddenly Doom starts stuttering about.

    At first I thought I was lagging heavily, but as I tested moving about it turned out it was only my model that was stuttering, everything else acted as normal. When Doom moved it was if I was having some serious lag issues, but everything else was moving smooth (besides the model not behaving everything was working as normal). Furthermore, when I died and rezzed Doom would first appeared at the point where he died (he even got some vision of the spot) before respawning at base. Also for some reason I couldn't dc from the game in question.

    Needless to say the game was unplayable to me. Oh and sorry if repost, but I'm not gonna bother searching for if someone else encountered this problem, because I'm mad. This patch really broke everything.

    Match id: 40846664 (I've checked it though. The bug did not reappear in the replay and you only see me moving about in confusion)

    That'd just be lag, I've had it a few times. The game just kind of stutters at points and things get thrown out of place. It's not the patch, it's your connection.

      No, my connection was perfect. It was ONLY Doombringer (the hero I played) that stuttered. All other heroes behaved normally, and if you bother to watch the replay you'll notice I can even time lasthits because I'm not actually lagging, it was just the model getting completely bonkered on my end of the game.

        could you reproduce the issue in a private lobby?

          I know what you mean, I've had it happen with certain heroes no matter my connection. Mortred does it constantly for me, it's weird to watch.

          As you're saying, the replay doesn't show that this is happening, it's most definitely coming from your end. If it were this patch/Dota 2, the replay would show it.

            This happened to every single game since the last small patch fix. Its either my hero or some hero from my team, havent see it on an enemy hero. Also the bug with enemy heroes being invisible ( seing only the spell animations ) occured, but it has been happening from time to time before. Given my pc is below average, i wouldnt think its from the client, but this bug occured only today, never before.

            What i see is the hero model headless and completely naked. The hero movements are not smooth but really laggy and it looks like the hero is blinking around. No differance in the spell animations were to be seen tough.

              I tried remaking a few private lobbies but the Doom (and other heroes) loaded in properly with all pieces of armor intact.

              This is exactly what happened to me as well, but I've only encountered it once (that is, today).

                Tried it in private lobby too, doesnt seem to happen. So far only in MM and right at the beginning of the game all the way till the end. I timed out once and tought it might load correctly, but it only got worse after the reconnect. Not just 1 ally was looking like that, but the whole team except 1.

                  graphical glitch and lag

                  So in the last game I played, I randomed Skeleton King, but he spawned as just the base model, no sword, cloak, or crown. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but my hero was lagging really badly. Not the game, all the other heroes, all the creeps, and all the enemies were fine, but my hero had horrible lag. It would just walk in place for a while, then teleport to wherever he was supposed to be. It made him extremely difficult to play. After restarting two times, the problem persisted, but now the Windrunner on my team had lost all her items and was lagging too for me. My friends on my team said I looked fine on their computers and wasn't lagging at all. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix?

                    Half the heroes acting retarded

                    I was just in a game where half the heroes were missing cosmetics or body parts. Windrunner was bald and naked for instance. The messed up heroes (including mine) kept running in place for 10 seconds then would teleport to where they were supposed to be moving to.

                    I tried restarting the game multiple times because it was unplayable and was given a loss/abandon.

                      This only happens to me when i lag, it's likely that you had a high ping at that time.

                        I'm thinking it might have something to do with the breaking up of hero models for the workshop. I've seen it happen with Skeleton King, Windrunner, Bara, and Lesh so far. No other heroes.

                          I had this bug, too.
                          ID: 41296409
                          It started with dota2 disconnecting me due sudden issues with my computer (I mean CPU stuff, I'm not a native speaker, dota.exe was not responsing for a moment). Never had this before. dota.exe has only problem when loading a complete match or when people pick heroes, because the game has to load the whole hero. => I think something made dota.exe load something big in the match again. (happened around 20th minute ingame time).
                          Then I reconnected and found my hero (Silencer) without his common cosmetics. Additionally his position wasn't updated frequently, maybe every 25th second. That means, he just played the walk animation and didn't move, until suddenly he was somewhere else. That only happened with my hero.
                          Then i restarted Dota2 and reconnected again. The same bug happened with more Heroes (Sandking, Shadowfiend) and still my hero.
                          Finally I closed Steam and restarted it again. I already had an abandon, but I hope you might delete it due this bug. So, after i reconnected everything worked again. Game was playable again.

                            I saw it occasionally but the only times I saw it happen was on game start (just as the hero spawns for the first time), almost near the fountain wall polygon near the exit.
                            I just ignore it I think the hero model overlaps some "extra" invisible polygons somewhere. Tho I can't say for sure if others saw this as well... All I can say is it happens rarely (maybe saw it 7 times in 1400 matches).

                            But I for one would change the tag to [Confirmed]. It's just hard to reproduce since it depends on where the hero spawned (and moving the hero "fixes" the bug).
