Forum Rules

    In dota1 it adds value based on cast time. This is relatively big deal for all dynamic stats changes: morph, armlet, OD, undy, future slark etc

    I think this is a good change, but of course it's different from classic DotA so must be reported.

                Double damage already behaves like that. Don't know about other buffs.
