Essence Aura is not triggered with certain spells

    I guess that makes your claim unreliable...
    This thread itself is a proof that even if Rearm and Aghanim's Drain were able to proc the Essence Aura at some point as you claimed, it was at least about a year ago.

    All in all, Essence Aura could use a little rework, maybe replenishing mana depending on the amount being spent. That could have made the things a little more interesting, with that gambling-like approach. More you risk, more you may gain.

    It seems like intended to me, since it got changed to how it is now. It used to trigger on rearm and Agha Pugna.

    Problem is, I believe that in Wc3. One spell has one code, so what If I had a level 1 skywrath with aga. I wouldn't be proccing Essence aura, but I would be using mana.

    Or would a separate level check be implemented into the code?

    Also as apple stated... It would mean that the tests in Wc3 were wrong interactions?. Maybe it might change in Wc3 6.79. Guess will have to wait to find out about that.

    I tested out that items like force staff, tranquil boots, and blink dagger still don't work with essence aura. Hopefully they will remember to fix this soon.
    Perhaps they are just waiting to fix this along with adding in pseudo random distribution.

    And yeah, the Essence Aura could get a fix as a whole, along with the item issue that you have re-reported once again
    This thread has been added to the sticky. I think that the Essence Aura triggering issues can be grouped, since they are all about the same thing, the Essence Aura triggering

    Let's not forget about a more severe problem that most items that should trigger Essence Aura don't. Although that has been already reported, it can not be mentioned often enough!
