    So while testing the other bug I found this bug with exorcism and thanks to Eric37073 initial testing I figured it would be something like that.

    Basically, the heal amount is always based on the unmodified by armor damage of the spirits. That means that every spirit that hits heals for 10-12health(25% of 43-48) regardless of how much damage they actually do.

    I checked in dota1 with Omniknight spamming Guardian Angel(+1000armor) and DP heals for nothing in this case(also checked with PL with 6platemail in case GA was changed to be something more than just the armor and results are the same, DP heals for very little against 100armor).

      See dmg done by a few spirits(I ran away as soon as I cast ulti to prevent multiple hits from same spirit, 6 hits though but 3 got cut by the interval thing) on Puck with 67armor. See dmg, see healing.

          Do note that the thread you linked points out to another bug, a much more major one, where the counter for the heal doesn't reset between ults. This is unrelated to the value the spirits hit for. Explanation on that bug was copy pasted in the OP.
