  • Is this cog trapping allowed?

Hi, I've asked this on PD.com, but I'd like a response from a valve volunteer or even developer about this.

It was made in a grand Final Between Myth Trust and Orange, so I supose it's allowed but I'm not sure.

I think it must be allowed because it's not a block impossible to avoid. What I mean is that radiant could just eat some treants to let the dire creeps get out.

Is this a bug, o forbidden exploit or something allowed?

          No, its just smart.
Valve just needs to fix their creep AI which happens to be different from wc3 dotas AI atm.

            working fine for me.

its a video of dire bot lane where you can juke into the trees between t1 and t2.

            >Clockwerk blocks his lane creeps into a square with the midle right cog lined up with entrance into the trees.
            >breaks the middle right cog creating an entrance into the juke spot.
            >creeps go in and end up staying inside instead of walking back out.

repeats to create a big wave of creeps/deny xp to bot lane.

                  Oh, weird.

Yes, it's allowed, and it's already on the known bugs list.

http://dev.dota2.com/showthread.php?...ight=clockwerk I'm assuming this is the same bug?
