    Regarding Doombringer : Lower his final rank of Level Death cool down to 6 seconds so that it allows him to disperse of his mana should he go a intellect heavy or just a high mana pool build in general. 8 seconds is way too long when it's all he has late game outside of doom.

    Also maybe consider a Level death change. I've been playing a lot of Doombringer lately and his biggest drawback is when the enemy heroes are not on the level death needed. He becomes very useless since the cool down is so long. Typically around the level 10-14 range. After level 15 + his level death availability steadies out as it is harder to level at that point, granting longer windows of successful team fights at which your level death is dealing max damage.

    Another huge issue with the current Level Death is the fact that when everyone in the game is level 25, your level death is completely useless rendering his late game obsolete.

    My personal opinion on how it should be changed is as follows.

    At rank 4 - Level death matching multiples of 3 should still do 20%, but if the enemy is a multiple of 4/5/ maybe have it deal 5-15% of targets max health, thus giving him still some decent damage output when the enemy hero levels do not match up to you Level Death.

    I also have a Aghanims change in mind also for his ultimate Doom.

    I do enjoy the current Aghanim feature but the viability of it mattering at all is very insignificant and highly unlikely that it will matter with him being near a target for X amount of time.

    A cool and balanced change to the Aghanim scepter could be as so.

    When a target dies to doom, it can bounce to a target enemy hero with in around 400-600 range for half of the duration of the initial doom. So say 7.5 seconds, and if it bounces again then it would last 3.75 seconds and so on. Now it doesn't necessarily have to bounce more than once, but this would heighten the utility of Doom and make it worth while to buy Aghanim's.

      Not only this does not belong here, but the suggestions themselves are terrible. Level Death deals damage if the target's level is a multiple of 6/5/4/3 or is 25.
