atm, in dota 2, Duel victories give bonus damage that is flat and is not affected by % damage modifiers (Vlad's, empower, bloodrage, atrophy aura etc etc), similar to bonus damage from most items like broadsword, sacred relic etc etc.
however, in wc3 dota, Duel victories give increased BASE damage to the winner that IS affected by % damage modifiers.
which way do you think is the way to go? Base or flat bonus damage?
Giving it as increased base damage would be a buff imo since there are more bonus % damage modifiers (empower, bloodrage, vlads, command aura) compared to minus % damage modifiers (atrophy aura, anchor smash)
note that I personally have not yet confirmed this inconsistency, I just concluded this inconsistency because in dota 2, duel victories' damage bonuses are shown on the "bonus" green number instead of "base" white number.
