HP removal -> Pure, Universal -> Pure.

    Guys i'm not sure if these changes are made on purpose but:

    Midnight pulse and DOOM are no longer reduced by magic resistance, and no longer blocked by Magic barriers. Of course they have to act like that, since they are no longer have Universal type of damage, but Pure. But i'm not sure you want to buff already op spells.

    And another couple of changes:

    Urn and Wave of terror now trigger blinks cooldown. And of course i know that they are used to be HP removal spells, and now they are Pure. But are devs sure, they want to have blink blocked by URN?
    And even more Wave of terror now interrupts Flasks.

    Not a bug or any mechanical complications, that's exactly how pure damage works. If you want to change it then suggest a change here

      Yeah, sure this work ok in terms of mechanics. But these changes are ridiculous. So they make me feel like they made these changes not on purpose. You know in Russia they do something, and only after some time realize how it affects on system. Not sure how it works in Valve

        There most likely will be tweaks to all the affected spells.

        It is intended, and no, Doom and Midnight Pulse aren't much stronger now. Yes, they ignore pipe and magic immunity now, but their damage got reduced as exchange. So they are better now against heroes with extra magic resistance, but worst against heroes with lower magic res.
        Midnight Pulse is quite a bit weaker for pushing now.

          They released these changes along with many other balance changes to imply that it was done on purpose.
          I will mercilessly add to my ignore list anyone that makes an incredibly annoying signature.
