Allow to check cooldown of enemy items
Hello!
When play rating game find way to check cooldown of enemy items, when you see him.
1) You should see enemy (not in war fog, when enemy on war fog cooldown time of all items stopped at point when you lose enemy from view).
2) Select enemy to see his inventory.
3) Press your quick cast button for slot what you wanna check (like its your inventory).
4) If item is ready, game send message for you with error about cast or just switch back to your hero.
5) If item is unready, game send message about cooldown with enemy hero voice.
This too work with allied heroes.
