  • Spirit Breaker's Nether Strike

Need someone to confirm if this behavior is the same as DotA1 or not (my memory say no, but last I played SB was before Batrider...)

Summary: In DotA2, you can cancel his animation and continue to act before the strike lands.

    Repro:
-Get Spirit Breaker to lv 6 and learn Nether Strike
-Get somewhat close to an enemy
-Cast Nether Strike on the target
-Immediately right click on said enemy to cancel the animation

    Result:
SB cancels the animation and can move/attack during the delay before the strike hits

    Expected:
Well, last I remember, he can't act at all before the strike hit.
Every time someone make a false report.
Making people's losses feel worse with just my name (don't ask me how it work, I certainly don't)

Currently observed Orb(Unique Attack Modifiers), Critical, and Bash interactions for DotA2

    To:
People who cry MM isn't fair: Maybe you're not as great as you make yourself to be.
People who wants surrender: It exists, but I'm not teaching you how to do it.

And I just loaded up WC3 and confirmed that he can.

        Not a bug.

I remember seeing him attack before ulti happens more than a few times. He should only be able to attack once or twice depending on attack speed anyway. Should be working as intended.

          edit: in dota1

It's how it acted in dota1. Not a bug.

Definetly not a bug... he can attack like that in dota1 too...
The truth about DotA and VALVe... Some VALVe employees loved to play DotA and created a team. With this team they participated in a tournament, but they lost horribly...

"We lost??? No way.... WE ARE GONNA MAKE OUR OWN GAME SO WE CAN OWN!"
