So, Doom applies a silence and a mute. With aghanim's scepter also break, but it is unimportant in our case.
Mute prevents affected target from USING items, so no tp/bkb/blink etc. However, it does not disable passive components of an item, so while doomed target cannot apply linken's buff to an ally, it can benefit from linken's blocking a spell casted upon it.
That basically happened in one of my recent games (match ID: 2336642305; times to check are 35:30 and 37:50), and I was surprised to see it happening, as I am pretty sure that before break mechanic got introduced, doom was disabling linken's passive component.
So, the question is, is such behaviour / interaction intended, and if so, why? This seems counterlogical at least, if not broken as fuck.
