Tornado currently disables a unit by throwing it into the air, and then deals damage to it upon falling back to earth.
I think it should be the other way around: dealing damage and then disabling. ...Because it's currently annoying to have to wait for Tornado's duration to end - to finally have the unit fall to its death. Aren't units that are disabled by Eul's/Tornado 100% invulnerable, and have their stats frozen? So if they weren't gunna survive the fall afterwards, might we kill them beforehand?
Having to wait through the duration of Tornado's disable, and then discover the unit was already gunna die is (IMO) a boring time-waster.
