    Doing damage doesn't normally cause creeps to focus you, attacking does (or right-clicking, rather). Spells and other abilities shouldn't. I'm not sure about around towers, though, since the creeps are easy to draw off it, any damage at all might be enough to draw them from a tower.

    Unstable Current + creep aggro

    I was playing as slardar versus BOTS. When i was pushing first mid tower with 3 creeps, i used Amplify Damage on Razor who was behind the tower doing nothing but moving around. He was not too close to the tower as he didn't have creeps nearby. At that time i was purged because of Razor's Unstable current. As a result my creeps stopped attacking the tower and started moving towards him.

    Should the creeps have changed target? I believe not but i'm not quite sure.
