  • Using item and hovering mouse over heroes

I had the habit of doing this a lot in dota and continue to try to do it in dota 2 even after 400 games because it's just so intuitive to me, but it doesnt function the same. The issue is mainly when I am getting ready to tp to help out in a fight, I click my tp item and right click on the map to look things over. If I want to, for example, see whether or not one of the enemy heroes is lvl 6 to make a quick decision of whether or not to tp in when they are diving on one of my teammates the overhead doesn't appear. I'm not sure if this only happens with this item or all items or abilities as well. If it happens with abilities it would be a nuisance when using lvl death on doombringer just to see the enemy's level before going in. I can't check this right now because the servers are down but I know this bothers me when I'm about to tp to a tower to save a teammate but can't check the enemy players lvls before going in. This isn't a big deal and is probably just a habit i need to deal with but if there's anyone else out there that doesn't think it should be this way speak up.
