Recently I'm experiencing a strange bug: the game is slowed down, for that I mean for 5 s in the real world 4 pass in the in dota clock and everything is slower by the same amount. Now of course this only happens in hosted lobbies/bot matches, but the bug carries over to on-line matches, so units are constantly jumping forward a bit to compensate the difference in speed with thee server. Am I the only one? Is valve aware and said something? Should I try to capture this? I can provide a video. I'm not sure if maybe this is a performance issue, so I'm posting here for now.
