    2. Cast Omniknight's ultimate.
    3. Hit enemies with cleave attack.

    Result:
    All enemies take 0 damage.

    Expected:
    • Cleaved damage is only reduced by armor type, not by armor value.
If we hit Omni, he must takes 0 damage, but who stay near must takes % of damage.
this guy is doing it wrong... You must cast GA on one unit, and hit another unit that does not have GA, and make sure that the unit with GA takes the cleave damage from hitting the first unit (that does not have GA). What you said, is not a bug. If they both had GA, you will do basically 0 damage to both of them. This is why when you play Pirate, you should hit a creep rather than a hero if you want to maximize your cleave damage.

"The damage dealt by Cleave is reduced by armor type, but not by armor value, and derived from the actual damage of the attacking unit (as opposed to the damage that the primary target took from the attack)"

      Begone, ye with false knowledge.

It's true that Kunkka should hit creep rather than hero for maximum damage to hero, normally. But it's because the cleaved damage would ignore the hero's armor, not because hitting the creep result in bigger cleaved damage (something that's easily disproved by looking at combat log)
However if your target is under negative armor (Slardar's Amp Damage, for example) then hitting the hero would result in more damage done to that hero in such case.
Every time someone make a false report.
Making people's losses feel worse with just my name (don't ask me how it work, I certainly don't)

Currently observed Orb(Unique Attack Modifiers), Critical, and Bash interactions for DotA2

      To:
People who cry MM isn't fair: Maybe you're not as great as you make yourself to be.
People who wants surrender: It exists, but I'm not teaching you how to do it.

The bugreport seems valid to me too. Guardian Angel gives - apart from a small regen - only armor bonus (even according to the current tooltipp). If it is somehow solved differently in dota 2, at the very least the tooltipp should be changed. If it is not, the gui should show the changed armor value.

Checked. Guardian Angel says in description that it gives physical invulnerability, therefore my assumption was correct. Enhanced damage doesn't apply to physically invulnerable targets (Cleave damage is Enhanced AT:Hero), so this is not a bug, case closed

"Grants all nearby friendly units near physical invulnerability and increases hit point regeneration greatly.; +1000 Armor, +25 HP Regeneration" (@playdota, and DotA1, which is the actual source for interactions like this).

This is not a case closed at all. They probably want to change the way cleave works in the future (and buff cleave sources a lot), since a physical attacks ignoring armor is meh, but as of now balance changes such as this have to be thought well.

Yeah I was a little sad the other day when playing with Kunkka, lotharing in and making a mighty swing when guardian angel was on, I wanted to see all their life drop .

It doesn't neccesarily mean that it's coded the same way and since cleave is blocked it can't be a simple armour bonus. So it is either: a) Physical invulnerability since the engine allows it to be b) a triggered behaviour to ignore all cleave-based damage
                And I still think it's a)
PS Why can't we just have someone from Valve programmers confirm it? It would be so nice to actually have access to game data to see how stuff is coded, even if it's a person telling you

                  Yeah, I too

I was tried that said Estaban http://dev.dota2.com/showthread.php?...l=1#post153984
                  It works well.

And I'm sorry, I didn't see that in Dota 2 GA gives physical invulnerability. I was thought that GA works the same how in Dota 1, gives 1000 armor, and +25HP/s.
But the question still unsolved. In Dota 2 GA gives physical invulnerability. But cleave attack isn't physical damage, it's Enhanced damage.
And the target under effect Ghost Form from Ghost Scepter don't take a damage from cleave attack.

So, I think 1) units under effect of GA must be in Ghost Form,
or 2) GA must works the same how in Dota 1.
Or report us that it won't be changed. Waiting for solution.

I think this is probably an intended change, as it was probably an engine limitation in DotA, but yeah it sure helps when the devs tell us what is intended or not so we know not to report it as a bug.
