  • aghanim effect on cd

my question is regarding when is the aghanim effect on will take place.

this is what happened in one of my games yesterday...i casted chens ultimate and after a little while i completed my aghanim scepter...now according to the aghanim bugg the cooldown should come down to 30 secs..but since the ultimate has already been casted it completed the old cd and then came up with the reduced cd effect..

is that ok? shouldnt cd come down to 30 secs after i completed aghanim...

If you skill Lycans ultimate while it has still a very long cooldown, it doesn't reduce the cooldown.
    So i think it's intended.
