Not really sure what you're trying to say. Stormbolt is hard to dodge because you can't "disjoint" it as you can Hellfire blast or many other projectiles. The only way you can dodge stormbolt as far as I know is by being invisible when it hits you. Since potm's leap gives her a split second of invisibility in dota 1, if the bolt hits her during that moment, she will not be stunned. However, the bolt follow her if she leaps too early. It also follows blink dagger.

well just for reference, sven stun can be dodged by leap, blink, manta ect... but its very hard to prefrorm it due to the mechanics of storm bolt works but the easy way to dodge it is manta

there is a wodota vid showing SF dodging sev storm bolt .

Ps: here is a vid showing potm dodging sven storm bolt with leap:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T9V_-gFpKT0

I evaded it using blink on qop a few weeks ago. Blinked when the projectile was in the air.

    Correct, in Dota 1.

Actually, an old post by a developer suggests Dota 2 is different.

The mechanic of needing to avoid cancelling your own animation to keep truesight isn't something we want to replicate.
I'm not sure if this was actually implemented, but it would mean you can't dodge the projectile with invisibility, only blink abilities. Has anyone tested this recently?

assassinate shares the targets vision with sniper (giving him semi-truesight). once the projectile is on it's way, the vision is no longer shared. hence the projectile misses, if the target is invisible.

sven's storm bolt can be dodged by going invis

edit- however it can't "disjointed" you need to be invis when it hits you to avoid it

sand storm will avoid it, potm's leap will not

Svens Storm Bolt generally cant be dodged.
Miranas Leap does dodge. In dota 1 it is based on invis and the ultimate/invis behavior is a little weird, so there you can dodge it but not as easy as blink. In dota 2 invis shouldnt be able to dodge at all (leap is no longer invis based).
Voids Time Walk doesn't disjoint projectiles, so you can't dodge. However Void is invulnerable during his jump, so for that period attacks still can be nullified.
Repel only blocks the damage, the ministun still works

On side note, you can dodge a lot of different projectle skills with blink dagger (and most other 'blinking' skills). The only one I'm not sure is sven's gauntlet (I heard that it's best because you can't dodge it, but maybe I mistook that with something else).
At the same time, Mirana's leap and void's 'jump' do not evade it(again, I'm sure, but maybe that was changed )
    Also repel blocks assasinate completely...

I believe the behavior in WC3 was: you have to stealth after the shared vision is removed, otherwise it will always hit you even if stealthed any other time after the cast time begins. In addition, the shared vision persists for several fractions of a seconds after the projectile launches.
Hence the edit above. (Somehow made an hour before you quoted the old version :P)

I'll link the source I was reading: SAUCE
Something interesting to note from the thread: in WC3, smoke can protect you from the ult if used at the right time.

    relevant facts:
Sniper's assassinate cast reticle can not be disjointed in any way excluding walking out of range during the initial cast.
Assassinate's projectile can be disjionted by blinks (stealth also disjoints in some cases in WC3, but I'm not 100% it's the same in Dota2)
