      Should pipe have been fixed? It wasn't a triggered heal in dota1 and prevented Dagger from getting disabled even there.

        yes, but pipe prevented dagger here if you took magic damage. Then blink would not be disabled.
        Before posting a bug read the Bug posting guidelines first and check the Known Bugs list For existing bugs.

        Use the report () button when you need help from a Moderator.

          i guess this belongs to one of these "old mechanics" remains because of balance consideration.

            I said pipe was not a triggered heal in DotA 1 too, it completely blocked damage there and blink would not be disabled. The bug had to be fixed only with refraction.

              Meh I really liked that if you fully blocked the damage you wouldn't disable consumables or blink dagger. Bad to change back just to keep some wierd interactions from an old engine in my opinion.
