  • [False] Wisp - Animation of the Attack

Hello I do not know if it is the right section to post, I apologize if I'm wrong.
I use the "S" key to cancel the attack animation as I use the auto attack.
So I have no problem with another hero, with only a wisp it always comes out the same attack repeatedly pressing the key "S" so not canceling the animation of the attack and making him get off at the wrong time hurting the last hit.

Sorry an error in writing, if they do not understand I can record a video!

Wisp has the smallest attack point in the whole game at 0.15 seconds, faster than even Gyro (0.2) and Sniper (0.17). You are most likely not spamming S fast enough.
Always read and follow the forum rules. If you need help from a moderator, use the report button ()
    Before posting new bugs:
-Check the Known Bugs List and search the forum for an existing report.
-Make sure its a bug (test in WC3 Dota, visit playdota guides and adv. mech, etc). If you're still not sure, post in Mechanics and Gameplay Bug Brainstorming instead.
-Read the Bug Posting Guidelines on how to report a bug properly.

I believe I press the key "S" very quickly.
The same problem does not occur in a Dota 1. So I thought it strange
Thank you for the answer anyway!

You should press stop every 0.15 seconds. Which is really hard. Also lag might affect it too, and you miss the button for .2-.3 s
Before posting a bug read the Bug posting guidelines first and check the Known Bugs list For existing bugs.

Use the report () button when you need help from a Moderator.

You have to hit "Stop" about 6.66 times a second to prevent Wisp's auto attack from going of.

Here's a nice test to see if you can do it: http://www.all8.com/tools/bpm.htm

You need to hit over 400 BPM to successfully animation cancel Wisp's attack. (400 is the bare minimum, but due to lag/other variance, you'll need a bit more. Maybe around 410-420 to consistently cancel.)
