Can Meepo's clones get to the target as easily as in WC3? Hero radius question?

  • Can Meepo's clones get to the target as easily as in WC3? Hero radius question?

    I'm not able to test this right now but I was wondering if Meepo's hero collision radius is the same as in WC3. In other words can a cluster of 4 Meepos manage to attack a single target as quickly and efficiently as in WC3, or will they have to pathfind a tiny bit farther around each other?

    I'm mainly wondering because the Meepo model seems larger in DOTA2 than it was in WC3.

    Model size and collision are unrelated. Every hero has the same collision size except for Naga Siren and maybe some other edge cases I'm not aware of, regardless of the considerable disparity in the size of their models.

      In WC3 DotA and DOTA2? Because I recall it being more difficult to click on some heroes, for one thing.

        Selection box and collision size and model size are all separate things. There's a whole thing about selection boxes on playdota and why Treant was so hard to click because his model was originally a building.

          I can ensure that it at least looks different. In WC3 dota meepo was able to clump all meepos at one single location while in Dota 2 they appear directly next to the targeted meepo.
          What I can't tell is wether it's slower. Imo it feels the same.
